Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as when you received it
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the cost of the item. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the carrier.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@dyslexiatool.com so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including promotional items and gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
